Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their confirmed booking 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. If prior notice is not given customer will be charged in full. The 24-hour cancellation policy only applies on bookings made more than 24 hours from the time of the appointment.

Refund Policy

All amounts paid through Bookmypet platform(s) will be non-refundable except as provided herein:

  • A cancellation request is made in accordance to the Cancellation Policy.
  • Customer waiting time exceeds 45 minutes from the time of confirmed appointment.
  • The service provider is unable or unwilling to fulfill the services that were booked and paid for online, via the Bookmypet platform(s).
  • If and when your pet fails the required assessment mentioned on the service providers profile.

Refunds will be made in the form of credits that will reflect to your account. It may take up to 48 hours for your credits to appear in your account. You may use the credits to purchase any service on Bookmypet. There will be no expiry date for the use of the mentioned credits.
