My Booking has been cancelled, how and when do I get my refund?
Refunds will be made in the form of credits that will reflect to your account. It
take up to 48 hours for your credits to appear in your account. You may use the
credits to purchase any service on Bookmypet. There will be no expiry date for
use of the mentioned credits.If your booking was cancelled due to lack of
reasonable delay caused by the service provider, please send an email to

Can I cancel my booking?
Customer can cancel their confirmed booking 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. If prior notice is not given customer will be charged in full. The 24-hour cancellation policy only applies on bookings made more than 24 hours from the time of the appointment.
Can I change or reschedule my booking?
It's not possible to make any changes to your booking once paid. To reschedule, you will need to cancel your existing booking and re-book.
Why was my booking rejected?
When a customer completes a booking request, the service provider is notified and is required to confirm the booking. If the service provider is unable to accommodate the requested date and time, the service provider may reject the booking or offer an alternative schedule
I have booked but didn’t receive my booking confirmation?
After your booking is complete, you will receive an email confirming your request and informing you that the Service Provider will review and approve the booking based on their availability within 24 hours. Upon approval, you will receive a final booking confirmation. Please check your spam/junk folders as well.
What if my pet doesn’t pass the center behavioral assessment?
