    At Tails of Joy, we have a high-end grooming salon that provides a relaxing environment for your Pets and their owners. The facilities are clean, modern, and safe for pets. Each pet is handled by expert groomers who treat each pet like it’s their own. The welfare of the pet is the priority of TAILS OF JOY!! We offer a safe, relaxing, and welcoming environment for Boarding and Day-care . Our staff can handle all temperaments and breeds. ​

    Terms & Conditions
    • Boarding facilities checkout time is 24 hours from check in time, kindly collect your pet to avoid Boarding charges after the 24 hours. Additional nights would be according to normal rates if space is available (If your pet is collected before the confirmed end date of the boarding period no refund will be due)
    • All Boarding and Day care services are subject to Pet behavior assessment to determine the eligibility of your pet in our environment, all Pets must be fully vaccinated including Kennel Cough Vaccine for Dogs prior to Boarding or Daycare
    • Kindly note arrival time will be within 30 minutes of your requested appointment timing for grooming appointments.

     

    Cancellation Policy

    BookMyPet has a 24 hours cancellation policy - if you fail to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to the appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
