It is our sincere intent, however, to provide a safe, comfortable and caring environment for your pets for the duration of their stay as a guest in our animal loving resort.
Terms & Conditions
All Boarding and Day care services are subject to Pet behavior assessment to determine the eligibility of your pet in our environment.
All Pets must be fully vaccinated including Kennel Cough Vaccine for Dogs prior to Boarding or Daycare
Cancellation Policy
BookMyPet has a 24 hours cancellation policy - if you fail to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to the appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
