Delete your BookMyPet account

Enter the email address or mobile number registered to your BookMyPet account. We will email you a link to confirm. Nothing is deleted until you open that link and confirm.

What we delete

Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo; your pets; your saved addresses; your saved favourites; and the notification tokens that let us send push messages to your devices.

What we keep, and why

Records of bookings, payments, invoices and your cashback balance are retained without your personal identifiers, because tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution law requires us to keep them — currently for up to six years. They can no longer be linked back to you by name, email or phone.

Still have the app?

You can delete your account from the BookMyPet app under Profile → Delete Account. This page exists for anyone who has already uninstalled it.
