We offer a wide range of professional veterinary services, grooming and accessories. From consultations and diagnostics to preventative treatments and House calls, we cater for all your pets needs. We take pride in providing a high standard of care and welcome you to join the Vienna family.
Terms & Conditions
Please be 15 minutes early to your appointment, and please note, 30 Minutes delay for a confirmed appointment can deem your appointment as a no show and would follow the cancellation policy.
Certain prices depend on the actual size of the pet, booking the wrong size of the service may result in extra charges at the time of your visit.
Any additional charges incurred, are to be paid at time of treatment or within 24hrs of a house-call, failure to comply with this may result in refusal of further treatment to your pet.
All Boarding services are subject to Pet behavior assessment to determine the eligibility of your pet in our environment. All Pets must be fully vaccinated including Kennel Cough Vaccine for Dogs prior to Boarding.
Cancellation Policy
BookMyPet has a 24 Hours Cancellation Policy - if you fail to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to the appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the services.
