    • Please be 15 minutes early to your appointment, and please note, 30 Minutes delay for a confirmed appointment can deem your appointment as a no show and would follow the cancellation policy.
    • Certain prices depend on the actual size of the pet, booking the wrong size of the service may result in extra charges at the time of your visit.
