Terms & Conditions
-Pet Concierge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or unauthorized access to your personal information.
-In the event that veterinary care is required, sitters will attempt to contact the pet owner. If unreachable, sitters may seek care at their discretion. Pet owners agree to reimburse medical expenses incurred and authorize charges to the payment method on file.
Cancellation Policy
BookMyPet has a 24 Hours Cancellation Policy -if you fail to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to the appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the services. If a confirmed booking is cancelled by Pet Concierge or if the service is not provided within 45 minutes of the scheduled time, the full amount will be refunded to you.
