Terms & Conditions
Please be 15 minutes early to your appointment, and please note, 30 Minutes delay for a confirmed appointment can deem your appointment as a no show and would follow the cancellation policy.
Certain prices depend on the actual size of the pet, booking the wrong size of the service may result in extra charges at the time of your visit.
All Boarding and Day care services are subject to Pet behavior assessment to determine the eligibility of your pet in our environment.
All Pets must be fully vaccinated including Rabies and Kennel Cough Vaccine for Dogs prior to Boarding or Daycare.
Cancellation Policy
BookMyPet has a 24 hours cancellation policy - if you fail to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to the appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
