Description
Bruno’s Play Center is a full-service dog facility in the region. With over 4000 sq. ft., we are proud to have one of the largest well-lit play-areas in Dubai. We also have a full viewing gallery, where pet parents can comfortably sip coffee whilst watching their dogs mingle. Our experienced staff, who are also expert trainers, monitor all the animals closely and we pride ourselves at having a balanced dog-to-handler ratio. Bruno’s Play Center has tied- up with experienced local veterinarian clinics to safely handle any medical emergencies that potentially arise while your pet stays with us
Terms & Conditions
*Please note weekend and holidays working hours are from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- All pets must have up to date vaccinations including Kennel Cough. These must be completed at least 2 weeks before boarding or daycare.
- Owners must apply a tick & flea treatment such as Front line before checking in their pet, to ensure that the pet is free of external parasites. Otherwise Bruno’s play center will apply this treatment and charge the cost to owners.
- Pet Owners shall produce their pet’s current or most recent Vaccination Certificate from a qualified and certified veterinarian. The Vaccination Certificate shall not be more than 12 months old from the date of boarding.
- Bruno’s play center reserves the right to cancel any booking if the Pet owner fails to produce the pet’s most recent Vaccination Certificate.
- Bruno’s play center reserves the right to collect a further sum of money to cover any expenses or charges which may be incurred in case of an emergency.
- Boarding includes complimentary dog food (taste of the wild brand) if your dog has prescribed diet or is using a different brand of dog food, you will have to bring your pets own food. If the pets stays for 3 nights, your pet will get a complimentary wash and dry on the day of pick up.
- Check in time is from 10am and check out time is 4pm. If you choose to extend your pets stay till 7pm will have an additional charge of Half day daycare (45 dirhams). Last pick up time will be at 7pm.
- Pet behavior assessment is required for daycare and boarding at check in for first time visitors.
- Please note working hours during Weekends will be: 10 am - 5 pm.
Cancellation Policy
BookMyPet has a 24 hours cancellation policy - if you fail to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to the appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
