We are a veterinary facility that offers all the services that Pet Parents may need under one roof. Our services include Veterinary Clinic, Physiotherapy unit, Grooming, Dog and Cat Boarding, DayCare, Pet Taxi and Retail. Our staff is Fear Free Certified (The only facility within the Gulf Countries holding the Elite level) and Gold Cat Friendly Clinic. Besides, we have the biggest indoor swimming pool in Abu Dhabi! .
Terms & Conditions
Certain prices depend on the actual size of the pet, booking the wrong size of the service may result in extra charges at the time of your visit.
All Boarding and Daycare services are subject to Pet behavior assessment to determine the eligibility of your pet in our environment.
All Pets must be fully vaccinated including Kennel Cough Vaccine for Dogs prior to Boarding or Daycare. During the first visit, all the Pets will benefit from a veterinary checkup prior to the service.
Please be 15 minutes early to your appointment, and please note, 30 Minutes delay for a confirmed appointment can deem your appointment as a no show and would follow the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
BookMyPet has a 24 hours cancellation policy - if you fail to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to the appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
