Please be 15 minutes early to your appointment, and please note, 30 Minutes delay for a confirmed appointment can deem your appointment as a no show and would follow the cancellation policy. Certain prices depend on the actual size of the pet, booking the wrong size of the service may result in extra charges at the time of your visit
