    Please be 15 minutes early to your appointment, please note 30 Minute delay for a confirmed appointment can deem your appointment as a no show and would follow the cancellation policy.

    Booking the wrong size pet in for a service, can result in extra charges at the time of your appointment.

    Cancellation Policy

    BookMyPet has a 24 hours cancellation policy - if you fail to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to the appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
